NOAC has launched its first 14 reports in a series of reports on the Local Authority Scrutiny Process. In February 2017, NOAC, in accordance with its statutory functions, began to review the performance of individual local authorities. The report outlines its background, along with the meeting timelines and the material which was generated from the process.
